The format

Activate in store.
Understand through dialogue.

Several participating products or variants can share one prize proposition. The Win Cashback sticker makes the reason to buy visible on the shelf. After purchase, the unique QR code leads to a short mobile dialogue – and opens up a view of the shopping basket around your brand.

In store

One reason to buy
several variants.

The chance to win connects the participating products in your range. It can encourage buyers to discover another variant and choose the brand again on their next shopping occasion. Participating products are defined for each promotion.

In the dialogue

Learn more about
who buys and why.

A few questions reveal purchase motives and usage context. The receipt adds information about the shopping trip and basket. This produces anonymised, aggregated insights. A separate voluntary sign-up opens the door to individual contact after participation.

On the product

One promotion. Several products.
One shared reason to buy.

A shared prize proposition can connect different products in the chilled aisle. Recurring Win Cashback stickers make the connection visible: several products belong to the same promotion. After purchase, the unique code leads into the dialogue.

Consumer insights

The dialogue explains why.
The receipt shows the purchase.

The hidden value starts with the documented purchase and the answers in the dialogue. Anonymised, aggregated analyses show purchase patterns, regional differences and reported consumption occasions. These allow you to explore ideas for your range, communication and next promotion.

From the dialogue

Who buys – and for what occasion?

First brand purchase or repeat purchase? What occasion is the product intended for? What alternative would otherwise have been considered? A few selected questions help you understand motives, expectations and possible substitutes.

From the receipt

What is bought together?

Basket value, retailer, purchase time and recognisable products show which categories and brands are bought alongside your product. These can suggest cross-selling opportunities. Consumption occasions are asked about in the dialogue: purchase time alone does not establish when the product is consumed.

Aggregated insights and personal contact have different foundations. Analysis shows patterns in summarised data. Individual follow-up communication requires the appropriate voluntary sign-up. Terms of participation, marketing permission and, where relevant, feedback permission remain separate decisions.

Repeat purchase

The next chance to win.
Another reason to buy.

After entering, the consumer knows when she can take part again. With appropriate permission, DiALOGiFY reminds her when the next entry window opens. This requires another participating product and a new unique code.

Buy

One product becomes the starting point.

Participate

Dialogue and the chance to win come together.

Remind

The prompt arrives at the next possible entry opportunity.

Buy again

Another product purchase provides a new code.

Measure repeat purchase

The new entry makes the further purchase visible.

The reminder follows the entry window and expected purchase cycle. It stops on unsubscribe, campaign end or exhaustion of the prize budget. This keeps the next prompt relevant.

A chance to win becomes a reason to buy. The next purchase becomes a measurable repeat purchase.

One possible journey

Lea buys. And discovers more.

Lea buys a participating product and voluntarily signs up for further contact. A relevant prompt can draw her attention to another variant. If she buys again and enters with a new code, that further purchase becomes visible.

Illustrative story, not a real customer case.
Beyond the promotion

Continue the relationship meaningfully.

Further product prompts, feedback requests or invitations to recommend can continue the relationship. Such Nudge Flows and follow-up measures are planned with appropriate permissions and their own scope of services. They are not automatically part of every promotion.

Range activation

Build momentum
for your range.

One shared reason to buy can connect several products and variants. Win Cashback offers the opportunity to get to know the range, discover further products and create new purchase occasions for the brand.

Analysis can show how first-time buyer shares differ by variant, which products are bought together and which occasions are reported. This generates hypotheses for range prompts and further tests – no blanket promises of additional sales.

For existing ranges, seasonal priorities and product launches, the promotion can be aligned with participating products and the appropriate purchase cycle.

FAQ

The key questions.

How does Win Cashback differ from Instant Cashback?

With Instant Cashback, participants receive a guaranteed amount back. With Win Cashback, they play for the chance to win the receipt value or a fixed prize amount. The prize incentive is combined with a short buyer dialogue. More about Instant Cashback

Is a receipt required?

There are two routes: with a receipt, the consumer plays for the receipt value according to the campaign terms. Without a receipt, she plays for a fixed amount. We recommend CHF 10 for this route. Both routes require a participating product and a valid unique QR code.

How large should the prize budget be?

We recommend CHF 15’000 as a starting point for the total prize budget. This is neither a requirement nor the implementation price. Together, we align the budget with products, duration and scope of the promotion.

How do winners receive their prize?

Delivery is by email as a digital Coop gift card. Receipt-based wins are verified first; fixed-amount wins require no manual receipt check. DiALOGiFY coordinates the process. The delivery period is communicated for each campaign.

How does repeat purchase become measurable?

A further entry requires another product purchase and a new unique code. If it is linked to the same verified contact, that further purchase can be recorded as a repeat purchase. With appropriate permission, DiALOGiFY reminds participants about the next possible entry.

What does the brand need to provide?

We agree products, retailers, duration, prize budget and content with you. Your brand supplies brand and product materials, organises sticker placement on the product or at POS, and approves design, terms of participation and permission wording. DiALOGiFY handles setup and operations.
